Images and Reflections
As an HR Consultant, I sometimes think about why some people get so frustrated in life then blaming their job, boss, co-employee, and whatever they could think of to pass their faults on. Having worked for five different organizations over a span of 10 years, I realized is that if you want to have a good boss, great job position, and pleasant co-worker, you have to change your disposition in life.
Some thoughts to keep in mind:
1. In life, you can never please everybody. Regardless your stand point, there will always be somebody who won’t agree with you OR simply won’t believe in you. But, this should never stop you from believing in what you think is right (of course you have make sure you really are).
2. There are simply good natured people so with negative by nature. This doesn’t mean you are good and they are bad, it simply means that your orientation, both family upbring and environment are different.
How do you deal with these kind of people? Just stay away from them or else you’ll be just like them (well, only if you don’t like to be associated with the latter).
3. Life is too short that you have to make sure you use every potential you have for the right purpose God has made it for you. It is your responsibility to hone and develop your self and make a never ending improvement on how you deal with life and with other people. Make sure you live each day with a good heart always finding ways to reach out and help others.
4. Live each day with gratitude and contentment. Always thank the Creator for giving you every little thing you currently are enjoying in your life and always present to Him your plans for the future.
Never be too proud and conceited in life. You might discover that you’ve placed yourself in a potentially embarrassing situation and the people who could get you out of it will no longer be there to help.
